ACADEMIC YEAR

the academic year starts from 1 st April and ends on 31 st march of the following year .

AGE LIMIT

A Pupil seeking admission to LKG must have attained 4 years on or before 1st April of the year in which admission is sought. A corresponding age limit may be calculated for succeedig classes.

SCHEME OF STUDIES

The following is the scheme of studies in theAir Force school, amla

[a] for class LKG and UKG - English, Hindi, Mathematics, Drawing, computer and moral science

[b] for class l to V - English, hindi mathethatics, Environ mental science, computer, Moral science

RULES OF ADMISSION

1. Admission will be

[a] On transfer from anyair Force school.

[b] On transfer from any other school, subject to availability of seats.

2. Parents will submit the application for admission in the prescribed from along with transfer certificate from the school last attended. Correct date of birth should be given at the time of admission. date of birth once registered will not be changed.

AGE LIMIT

A Child should have completed the followimg age as on 01 April of the acadmic year in which admission is sought to the classes mentioned below ;-

[a] LKG - 04-05 Years

[b] UKG - 05-06 Years

[c] Class - 06-09 Years

Minimum age it the time of admission of other classes will accordingly be calculated as per the above stipulation.

children born on or before 01 April would be deemed as having attained the requisite age. no age waiver will be granted.

Withdrawals

parents/Guardians desirous of withdrawing their wards from the school will have to apply 8 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the date of withdrawal. coution money should be collected along with transfer certificate . TC will not be issued till all dues are paid.

Attendance

The minimum attendance required from the students is 75% of the working days of the school to appear in the annual Examination.
